Mid-Cumberland Community Action Agency
Since 1971, Mid-Cumberland Community Action Agency has helped low-income residents of Middle Tennessee become self-sufficient. Community Action Agencies were created to fight poverty. MCCAA receives funding from the Tennessee Department of Human Services through the Community Services Block Grant, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, United Way, and private contributions.
